Dr. Deepen Patel
Dr. Deepen Patel completed his medical school and post-graduate training at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS. and holds certification with the Canadian College of Family Physicians. He has been in family practice for 30 years, earlier in Mississauga and now in Etobicoke. His experience includes emergency medicine, inpatient hospital care, family practice, after-hours coverage and clinical research. Dr. Patel is keen to provide comprehensive care to all ages and has special interests in allergy, office-based procedures and clinical research
Dr. Fadi Ibrahim
Dr. Fadi Ibrahim completed his Family Medicine Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, and served as Chief Resident in his final year. He holds dual certification from the American Board of Family Medicine and the Canadian College of Family Physicians. His interests are in all things related to longevity, including delaying the onset of chronic disease, preventative medicine, and improving quality of life. Dr. Ibrahim is committed to providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
Dr. Anthony Gobran
Dr. Anthony Gobran completed medical school at McMaster University in 2016 where he also completed undergraduate studies in Health Sciences beforehand. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Toronto in 2018. Dr. Gobran holds certification with the Canadian College of Family Physicians. He has special interests in preventative medicine and the incorporation of technology into health care and patient care. Dr. Gobran's practice is accepting patients of all ages.
Dr. Dane Wanniarachige
Dr. Dane Wanniarachige completed medical school at Trinity College Dublin, in Ireland and thereafter Family Medicine Residency in Maine, USA. He holds certification from the American Board of Family Physicians and is a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. While he is dedicated to full-spectrum care, he has a special interest in addiction medicine, and geriatrics. With a background in Journalism, Dr. Wanniarachige is passionate about medical writing and podcast production discussing healthcare policy and patient advocacy.
Dr. Sadaf Gardizi MD, FRCP, FMA, DABOM
Dr. Gardizi is a double board certified family physician with a special interest in obesity medicine. Dr. Gardizi pursued her medical training at St. George’s School of Medicine which involved two rigorous years at a level one trauma centre in Brooklyn, New York. She then completed her residency training as Chief of family medicine at an unopposed program associated with the Robertwood Johnson School of Medicine in New Jersey. Thereafter, she returned to her underserved community in Scarborough. In the duration of this time, she was involved in the mobile memory clinics to help facilitate access to care for patients with cognitive decline. It was also during this time that she decided to pursue her passion for weight management. In 2019, she completed her American Board of Obesity Medicine certification and has since been providing consultations for weight management. She is also the medical director of her comprehensive Trifecta Weight Management program. Her main focus is on adult medicine, metabolic disease and women’s health. Dr. Gardizi is passionate about helping patients incorporate healthier choices and empowering them to take better care of their health.
Dr. Katie Lockhart
Dr. Katie Lockhart is a board certified family physician who was raised in Northern Ireland. She attended medical school at Trinity College in Dublin, after which she completed a three year family medicine residency in Maine, USA. This broad spectrum, rural training encompassed developing experience in inpatient medicine, emergency care, obstetrics and community based family medicine. The latter is what Dr. Lockhart found the most rewarding, and she is excited to build her practice in Etobicoke, and comprehensively care for and build long term relationships with patients of all ages. Dr. Lockhart has a special interest in women's and reproductive health.
