Select your family doctor
Online booking is only available for registered patients at this clinic. New patients cannot book appointments online.

Select appointment type
Please be mindful while selecting the appointment delivery method, as there are two options: phone appointments and in-person appointments.

Select date and time
Please note that online appointments are intended for elective non-urgent appointments. For urgent appointments please use our chatbot app on the bottom right hand corner and mark as urgent. If this is a medical emergency, please go to the nearest Emergency Department or call 911.
